Conceiving a collection as a way of organising the world—a city, a region, a village, a culture, a body of knowledge, a way of thinking, or the story of a person—Collecting to Rehearse the World is a project that takes the form of a film and a travelling exhibition.

Raquel, Bernardo and Afonso travelled by caravan across several territories of Central Alentejo, meeting people and spending time with them. From these encounters emerged a project that, in 2027, as part of Évora27, will return to the places it visited, presenting a film and an exhibition in several localities.
