Understanding a Collection as a way of organizing the world, a city, a region, a village, a culture, a body of knowledge, a way of thinking, Collecting to Rehearse the World is an exhibition of Collections from the Alentejo region with artistic activations of these collections, a series of talks generating thought about the collections, and a documentary that follows the entire process of mapping the territory in relation to local, private, and public collections.
