MUDA is an action project against Harassment in the Arts in Portugal, which proposes a set of activities with the artistic sector, in order to produce knowledge, 

inform and empower professionals in the arts.

Its main objective is to transform work practices that may lead to situations of harassment, non-consent, abuse of power, manipulation and victimization.

The project begins with the completion of a scientific study that aims to characterize the reality of workplace harassment (sexual and/or moral) 

within the scope of the performing arts and disciplinary intersections in Portugal, identifying the diversity of manifestations, as well as their impacts at a psychological and social level.

Among the next planned activities — currently in the funding capture phase — are the creation of a Good Practices Manual, 

the promotion of Conversations and the implementation of Training Actions.
